QOF Tools¶
Haresign includes QOF tools for income planning, achievement review, and prevalence comparison.
QOF Income Calculator¶
Use the calculator to estimate income under different achievement assumptions.
What It Shows¶
- QOF year settings;
- indicator points and thresholds;
- achievement assumptions;
- prevalence and list-size effects where relevant;
- scenario income estimates.
How To Use It¶
- Select the QOF year.
- Review or enter practice assumptions.
- Adjust achievement scenarios.
- Compare the estimated effect.
- Save, export, or record outputs where supported.
Interpretation Notes¶
The calculator is a planning aid. It does not replace official QOF guidance, CQRS, commissioner confirmation, or formal finance reconciliation.
QOF Prevalence Dashboard¶
Use the prevalence dashboard to compare recorded disease register prevalence.
What It Shows¶
- practice-level prevalence;
- national or geography context;
- numerator and denominator where available;
- condition and indicator breakdowns.
Good Questions To Ask¶
- Is the practice population different from the comparison group?
- Could coding, register review, or demographics explain the value?
- Is the denominator large enough for a stable comparison?
- Has the definition changed between years?
QOF Achievement¶
Achievement data can help users understand performance against published indicators, but it should be read with threshold, exception, and register context.
